👋 Welcome to Vaqun

Vaqun is a Discord bot for running a server: roles that hand themselves out, moderation that works even while Vaqun is offline, detailed logs, levels, and more. You set everything up from this dashboard, in English or Spanish.

What Vaqun can do

  • Roles: give roles to new members automatically, give roles back to people who rejoin, and let members pick their own roles with reactions or a menu.
  • Moderation and safety: Discord's own AutoMod, set up for you; channels that only allow images or links; server logs that record who did what.
  • Community: levels for chatting, rewards for reaching them, a leaderboard, and profile cards.
  • Control: decide who can use each command, where and when.

Every command works both as a slash command (/help) and with a prefix (.help by default).

Plans

Everything on these pages works on the free plan unless it's marked Premium. Premium can be given to a whole server, or to one person for their own profile card. Use /premium to see what a server or you have.

🎭 Roles

  • 🎁 AutorolesGive roles to new members the moment they join. You can give different roles to people and to bots.
  • 🎯 Reaction rolesLet members pick their own roles: they react to a message Vaqun posts (or choose from a menu), and get the role. Removing the reaction removes the role.

🛡️ Moderation and safety

  • 🛡️ AutoModBlock harmful messages before anyone sees them. Vaqun sets up Discord's own AutoMod for you, so the rules keep working even if Vaqun is offline, and you'll also find them in Server Settings → AutoMod in Discord.
  • 📜 Server logsKeep a record of what happens in your server, posted to channels you choose: deleted and edited messages, joins and leaves, bans and kicks, role and channel changes, voice activity and much more. About 70 kinds of events, in 14 categories.
  • 🔒 JailIsolate a member in one channel: /jail takes their roles away, and /unjail gives them all back.

🏆 Community

  • ⭐ LevelingMembers earn XP for chatting and slowly level up. Reward the most active ones with roles, announce level-ups, and show everyone's rank with /leaderboard. Levels are per server: someone's level here has nothing to do with other servers.
  • 👋 Welcome & farewellGreet new members when they join, and say goodbye when someone leaves. Welcome and farewell are set up separately, in the same way.
  • 📌 Sticky messagesKeep a message at the bottom of a channel, like rules for a channel or how to use it.
  • 🎫 TicketsLet members open a private channel with your team from a panel: a message with buttons or a menu.
  • 🪙 Economy & shopGive your server its own currency: members earn it by being active and spend it in your shop. It belongs to your server only.
  • 🎧 Last.fmShow what you're listening to and compare taste with friends. It's personal: your link follows you to every server.
  • 🎙️ VoicemasterTemporary voice channels. Members join Create Voice Chat and get a voice channel of their own: they own it, control it, and it's deleted once everyone has left.
  • 🪙 TokensTokens are Vaqun's own currency. They're yours, not a server's: one balance on your Discord account, the same in every server. They're not a server's Economy currency (that one belongs to each server and is spent in its own shop).
