🎁 Autoroles

Give roles to new members the moment they join. You can give different roles to people and to bots.

Set it up

1. Open your server on the dashboard and go to Members → Autoroles.
2. Under Add an autorole, pick the role.
3. Choose who gets it: Humans, Bots, or Both.
4. Click Add. It works from the next member who joins.

Good to know

• Autoroles only apply to members who join after you add them. Nobody already in the server is changed.
• If the server uses rules screening (members must accept the rules first), Vaqun gives the roles once they've accepted.
• Vaqun needs the Manage Roles permission, and its own role has to be above every role it gives. The dashboard marks roles that are too high.

FAQ

A new member didn't get the role. Why? Check that Vaqun still has Manage Roles and that its role is above the autorole in Server Settings → Roles. Roles managed by an integration (like a bot's own role, or the booster role) can't be given by anyone.

The server lost Premium and has more than 2 autoroles. The two oldest keep working; the rest show as inactive until Premium returns or you remove some.
