🪙 Tokens

Tokens are Vaqun's own currency. They're yours, not a server's: one balance on your Discord account, the same in every server. They're not a server's Economy currency (that one belongs to each server and is spent in its own shop).

Getting Tokens

• /daily, once a day in any server: 2 Tokens, or 5 with Personal Premium. It's separate from the server's own daily reward, which you get at the same time where the server has one.
• Voting for Vaqun on bot lists: 2 Tokens per vote. /vote lists the sites (discordbotlist.com for now) with a link to each and when you can vote there again (usually every 12 hours).
• Buying them on the Premium page. Not open yet: the packs and prices are there to see.

/tokens shows your balance (or someone else's), with links to the shop.

Spending them

The shop sells banners for your profile card:

• Free banners, for everyone.
• Rare banners (120 Tokens): richer gradients.
• Epic banners (350 Tokens): four colors and a glow of their own.

Buying takes the Tokens and puts the banner in your inventory in one step, so a purchase can't half-happen. Equip it from your inventory. Badges and other kinds of items are planned.

Your balance shows next to your account at the top of every dashboard page.

FAQ

Can a server give me Tokens? No. Only /daily, votes, a purchase, or Vaqun's staff change a balance, and every change is recorded.

Can I use a paid banner as my server's card banner? No, servers can pick from the free banners. Paid banners are for your own card.
